This is a unique opportunity for youth in transition and their families to schedule one-on-one time to ask questions and seek guidance from a DDD representative about the transition process and navigating the DDD service system.
​
A DDD team member will spend approximately 20 minutes with each individual/family.
​
Registration is required and registration links will be posted in September 2023.
PREREQUISITE NOTE:
It is asked that registrants first attend the "Navigating the DDD Service System" presentation scheduled for Monday, October 16th at 1:00 PM prior to scheduling an individualized session with DDD.
This is so people and their family members have some familiarity with the DDD service system.
Attending the prerequired session will allow DDD to use your time together more effectively.
